Getting the best deal for you isn't just about finding the lowest rate or getting the cheapest quote.
Before you sign on the dotted line you also want to be sure that the customer service is going to be top-notch - and that's something no best-buy table can tell you.
That's why Moneywise launched the annual Customer Service Awards last year - and we need your help again.
Please complete our online Customer Service Awards survey and tell us about the banks, lenders and insurers you use. We want to hear about those companies that have gone beyond the call of duty, as well as those that have left you reeling.
As well as giving you the opportunity to have your say, you'll also be entered into our £1,000 prize draw.
Last year. more than 10,000 of you answered our questionnaire telling us about your experiences with the financial services companies you deal with. You told us what you thought of their service and whether or not you trusted them enough to recommend them to friends and family.
As the recession continues and companies across the board look to cut their costs, we want to single out those providers that are treating their customers fairly, offering the best level of service and giving good value for money.

In last year's awards, the UK's largest building society, Nationwide, was crowned the most trusted provider overall. You described the building society as helpful, courteous, efficient and, perhaps most importantly, fair.
